Reviews and Ratings
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The location was superb, right in the heart of the old city of Cuenca, close to all the main attractions. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the service was top-notch. While the dining experience had some hiccups, the overall value for money was great.
After a six-hour drive, my stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms, though unfortunately looking out onto a wall, were nicely done, spacious, and well-appointed with a large, well-equipped bathroom. The service at the attached cafe was friendly and helpful, but I found the staff a bit grumpy during my visit. The location provided spectacular views on all sides but lacked the warmth and central appeal I had hoped for. The dining experience was adequate with a limited range of options, and the facilities were satisfactory overall.
